From Frankfurt, Air India occasionally operates former Vistara Boeing 787-9 aircraft to Delhi or Mumbai, featuring a modern 1-2-1 business class configuration. You can find a review of this product here. Other flights use Boeing 787-8 aircraft with a 2-2-2 layout (offering less privacy, but fully flat beds) or Boeing 777s with 2-3-2 seating. Please note that aircraft changes, even at short notice, are always possible. The onward flight to Singapore is usually operated by an Airbus A321, also featuring lie-flat seats in a 2-2 configuration, or alternatively by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
