The Route
This luxury cruise begins in Panama City, where a striking skyline of skyscrapers meets the colonial charm of 17th-century churches. In the afternoon, the captain and the entire crew of Scenic Eclipse II welcome you aboard, with a glass of champagne included to toast the journey ahead.
On the second day, a true highlight awaits: sailing through the Panama Canal, considered one of the modern Seven Wonders of the World. Before its completion, many believed such a project was impossible.
The next stop is the San Blas Islands, part of Panama. This narrow archipelago consists of 365 islands, of which only about 50 are inhabited by the Guna people.
You’ll then arrive in Cartagena, known for its vibrant festivals, excellent cuisine, pristine beaches, and tropical forests. The ship remains in port overnight.
The journey continues to Cabo de la Vela, where you can learn more about the traditions and way of life of the indigenous Wayuu people.
Next is Willemstad, Curaçao, whose historic old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The island reflects both Dutch and Afro-Caribbean influences and offers numerous shopping opportunities.
You’ll then visit the Tobago Cays, a group of five uninhabited islands in the heart of the Grenadines, surrounded by colorful coral reefs and abundant marine life.
Afterward, you’ll stop in Mayreau, the smallest inhabited island of the Grenadines with only around 250 residents. With no airport and limited access, this secluded paradise has remained largely untouched.
The final stop is Soufrière on St. Lucia, located in the crater of an extinct volcano. Here, you can admire the iconic Gros Piton and Petit Piton, the island’s most famous landmarks.
After 11 nights, the cruise concludes in Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados.

The Ship
The Scenic Eclipse II is 168 meters long. Its design resembles a mega yacht more than a traditional cruise ship. The luxury vessel accommodates a maximum of 228 passengers. The passenger-to-crew ratio is nearly 1:1, allowing for highly personalized and attentive service. The ship’s average cruising speed is 17 knots.
On board, there are two Airbus H130-T2 helicopters for scenic flights and excursions (at an additional charge), as well as a submersible capable of diving to depths of 300 meters (also at an additional charge). In addition, a remotely operated underwater vehicle can transmit live footage directly to the ship.
The ship features 114 suites ranging in size from 32 m² (Verandah Suites) to 247 m² (two-bedroom Penthouse Suite). All guests on board enjoy the services of a personal butler. The onboard theater hosts daily entertainment programs and lectures.
The ship offers a variety of restaurants, such as for Italian cuisine, steak, seafood, Asian fusion, sushi, teppanyaki, and French fine dining. These dining options are included in the cruise fare. Guests may also choose to dine in the privacy of their suite.
The beverage selection includes a wide range of complimentary drinks, such as premium international wines, spirits and beers, specialty coffees, teas, and soft drinks.
