Our Saturday morning column deals, that did not make it is like a 4-star Hotel. It mostly offers good value for the price you’re paying, but it’s not the highlight of your day. And if you look at the details, there are a few minor things that could be better. Dealz of the Week, by contrast, is a 5-star hotel. You’re now at the best of the best, and you’ll remember the experience for some time.
These are our best dealz since March 9, 2026:

Conrad Singapore Marina Bay for €243/Night with Breakfast & $100 Credit
Until June, you’ll get a 40% discount at the 5-star Conrad Singapore Marina Bay if you stay at least 3 nights. The rate includes daily breakfast, US$100 (~€87) to spend at the hotel during your stay, a couple of extras such as late check-out, and you’ll receive double Hilton Honors points. Furthermore, the rate is non-prepaid and cancellable up to the day before arrival.
Why it stands out: Not only is this a very good hotel with a nice view, but the price is really excellent for such an expensive city. Even a Holiday Inn already charges around €200 for a refundable rate with breakfast in Singapore. Getting a room at this Conrad hotel with a 40% discount is no joke.
Non-Stop Business Class to Xi’an for €1,574
Every Saturday, Shanghai Airlines flies non-stop between Budapest and Xi’an. Round-trip tickets for these 10-hour flights currently cost €1,574 in business class until the end of June.
Why it stands out: The deal isn’t new, but before it ends in June, we wanted to shine a light on it once more. Shanghai Airlines’ business class seats are top-notch, and the fact that these are non-stop flights also adds even more comfort to the trip. Board, eat, sleep, arrive – in only 10 hours. There’s no better way to travel to Xi’an – a beautiful city, starring not only the world-famous Terracotta Army, but also many other stunning attractions, such as the Big Goose Pagoda light show, the Datang Everbright City, and the historic center with the Bell Tower and one of the oldest and largest city walls of China.
Costa Cruise to Scotland AND Norway for €1,379 pp
On September 20, the Costa Favolosa will depart from Hamburg and head to Scotland for a week, stopping at ports such as Kirkwall and Invergordon. Then, it embarks on a 9-night trip to Norway, visiting Stavanger, Bergen, Ålesund, Hellesylt, and the stunning Geiranger fjord, before returning to Hamburg after a total of 15 nights. The entire cruise currently only costs €1,379 per person, and children up to the age of 17(!) can get this cruise for free (if they sleep in their parents’ cabin).
Why it stands out: Usually, you’ll only find a cheap Norway cruise or a cheap Scotland cruise. In this case, you can combine both cruises in one single trip. All the destinations of this 15-night trip are stunning, and a cruise is the easiest and most comfortable way to reach them. It also doesn’t hurt to have all your meals and gratuities included when visiting a super expensive country like Norway. The fact that children travel for free makes this an even bigger steal for families.
