IHG One Rewards is ending 2026 with a double points promotion, allowing members to earn twice the usual points until the end of December 2026, and even triple points when booking via the IHG app. The number of bonus points you can earn with this promotion is not capped. Enhanced earnings start with the second stay between October 1 and December 31, 2026.

Terms & Conditions
You can stay in any of IHG’s 6,000+ hotels worldwide. All stays between October 1 and December 31, 2026, are eligible for the bonus, as long as you are registered at the time of checking out. You also have to book a Qualifying Rate, i.e. one that will earn you points. A night has to be worth at least $30 or local equivalent to be a qualifying stay. The promotion rewards both existing and new bookings.
In addition, please note that these are just bonus points, earned on top of your regular earnings. Points you earn through status benefits are not doubled. You can spend these points on award nights, but they will not count towards your status.

Editor’s Note: IHG ends 2026 like it has started – with a double points promotion. Booking via the app, which is cheaper than the website in many cases anyway, even gets triple points. There is no downside in signing up for this promotion.
