The Route
The journey departs from Hamburg on the evening of November 8, 2026. Following a sea day, the ship calls at IJmuiden in the Netherlands, providing an easy opportunity for day trips into Amsterdam. Next is Dover on England’s southern coast, famous for the iconic White Cliffs of Dover and Dover Castle overlooking the English Channel.
Continuing south via Le Havre (Normandy), the ship heads to Lisbon, Portugal’s scenic capital, where you can take a ride aboard historic Tram 28 or wander the Alfama district. The ship then calls at Cádiz in Andalusia before reaching Las Palmas on Gran Canaria. With mild autumn temperatures in the Canary Islands, this makes a wonderful stop to relax on the golden sands of Playa de las Canteras.
Leaving the Canaries, the Costa Favolosa begins six consecutive relaxing days crossing the Atlantic Ocean. The crossing concludes on November 25, 2026, in Fort-de-France, the capital of the French Caribbean island of Martinique.
