Route
Your journey begins in Hamburg, the largest and most significant hub for cruises in Germany. After departing the Elbe River, you will spend a day at sea heading towards Scotland. The first major stop is South Queensferry (Edinburgh), where the ship stays overnight, allowing you enough time to visit Edinburgh Castle or the National Museum of Scotland.
The itinerary continues through Invergordon to Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands. Here, you can explore the St. Magnus Cathedral or the Ring of Brodgar, an ancient stone circle. After these Scottish highlights, the ship returns briefly to Hamburg, where you have the option of a shore excursion before the second leg of the trip begins.
The final part of the voyage takes you to the Norwegian fjords. You will visit vibrant cities like Bergen and Stavanger, but also experience the breathtaking nature of the Geirangerfjord and the village of Flåm. After 15 nights of exploring the North Sea’s most beautiful coasts, the cruise concludes back in Hamburg.
