LuxuryEscapes offers a rather complicated cancellation policy. It basically comes in three steps:

- Less than 21 days before you stay: You won’t get a refund in any form if you cancel or no-show.
The Hotel
The Anana Ecological Resort Krabi is a five-star rated resort, located a roughly 15 kilometers or a 20-minute drive outside Krabi’s city center, overlooking a mountain range. You can find small shops and restaurants just outside the hotel, but need to call a Grab or taxi is to get to town. Krabi airport (KBV) is a fourty-minute drive away. In addition to your studio and a beautiful swimming pool, the hotel also features three restaurants and several swimming pools and a pool bar.

Previous visitors have left overwhelmingly positive reviews of the hotel (e.g. 4.8/5 on Tripadvisor or 4.6/5 on Google). Many reviews praise the fantastic staff and beautiful views. Main points of criticism are the lack of luxurious amenities in the room (a valid concern for a five-star resort). The rather secluded location is often named as a huge upside, since the resort is away from the loud and hectic Krabi, while you have still easy access to a small village outside.
Price Check

On the same dates, the hotel website charges THB 20,520 (~€541) – or THB 6,840 (~€180) per night. On the same dates, booking.com charges €408 for three nights, including breakfast. That is still €30 per night more than Luxury Escapes, but without the second hot meal, the 60-minute massage or the daily alcoholic beverage.
