At Travel-Dealz, we’ve already reported several times on the AirHelp Plus annual subscription, and not always positively. Over the past few years, the company has cut back on several benefits and hasn’t exactly been transparent in the process.
Most recently, however, the annual subscription for frequent flyers has actually become more attractive again. Since May 2025, it has included a €200 payout for missed connecting flights. And in February 2026, another benefit was added: once per trip, you can use the Fast Track at the airport and get through security more quickly.
For those who aren’t familiar with AirHelp Plus: the subscription provides access to a range of insurance benefits, including €100 for flight cancellation or delays of 3 hours or more, €100 for delayed baggage, and €200 for missed connections. There are two plans available:
- Smart for 3 trips per year (€40)
- Pro for 9 trips per year (€100)
With our voucher (TDEALZ10), you get a 10% discount on both plans.

Details & Conditions
As shown in the screenshot above, you only get one pass per registered “trip,” regardless of how many airports it includes. At least the voucher should be usable flexibly. So if you’ve registered a trip with multiple flights, you don’t have to decide in advance at which airport you’ll use the access. You can choose spontaneously depending on how long the queue is.
However, the trip must be registered at least 48 hours before departure. In addition, access is only available at selected locations worldwide. Currently, 109 airports worldwide participate. You can find them in this PDF and on the following map:
Here are some of the participating airports:
- Berlin BER
- Amsterdam AMS
- Istanbul SAW
- Denver DEN
- Minneapolis MSP
- New York JFK
- Phoenix PHX
- Seattle SEA
Once you register a trip, you’ll be sent a barcode, with which you’ll be able to access a fast track of your choice during your trip.
All of this only applies to new memberships (or possibly renewed?). My current subscription doesn’t expire until September, so there’s only a red X next to this benefit for me.

Bottom Line
AirHelp Plus is no longer as attractive as it was in its early years. However, the recent improvements mean I can now recommend it again with a clearer conscience. A Fast Track pass usually costs around €5 to €10 per use. You probably won’t need it on every trip, but as an extra perk, it’s a nice-to-have.
Alternatively, some airports offer the option to reserve a time slot at security for free. That’s a good alternative to Fast Track, even if it may take a bit longer.
