The Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program (Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Sofitel, Pullman & more) has launched a new bonus points promotion. Between September 7 and December 27, 2026, you can earn double reward points on your next two stays. To qualify, each stay must be at least two nights.
Holders of an Accor ALL+ Ibis/Voyageur or ALL+ Explorer subscription receive triple points instead of double, provided they book the qualifying discounted ALL+ member rate.

As usual, the bonus is not valid for existing bookings. Your stays must be booked by [expiration date]. However, if you have booked a flexible rate, you can easily cancel and rebook your hotel after registering.

Normally, you earn 12.5 points (at Ibis brands) or 25 points (at Mercure and above) for every €10 spent with ALL. At upscale and midscale brands, this equates to roughly a 5% return in reward points. With this promotion, that cashback value jumps to 10% (or 15% for ALL+ members).
Terms & Conditions
Please keep the following terms in mind:
- Registration period: Until September 13, 2026
- Booking period: Until September 13, 2026 (prior bookings do not qualify unless cancelled and rebooked)
- Travel period: September 7 to December 27, 2026
- Valid for a maximum of 2 stays per account during the promotional window
- Minimum stay requirement is 2 nights (1-night stays earn no bonus points)
- You must register before booking your stay
- Valid only for bookings made directly via Accor, directly with the hotel, or via travel agencies with direct GDS access (bookings via OTAs like Expedia or Booking.com do not qualify)
- Points will be credited within 10 days of checking out
- Consecutive bookings at the same hotel are treated as a single stay
- Non-participating properties are excluded (including Hotel F1, most Ibis Budget hotels, and Ibis hotels in mainland China). You can check the full exclusion list here

Example Calculation
With Accor, you normally earn 25 points for every €10 spent on room charges. Some brands earn fewer points (e.g. 12.5 points per €10 at Ibis & Ibis Styles, 5 points at Adagio Access). You can view the complete earning table on Accor’s website.
For this example, suppose you spend 3 nights at a Novotel for €100 per night (€300 total). Normally, you would earn 750 reward points. With this promotion, that amount doubles to 1,500 points (or 2,250 points for ALL+ subscribers).
Because 2,000 points equal €40 in credit (1,000 points = €20), the 1,500 points earned are worth €30 toward future stays—equivalent to a 10% rebate on your €300 booking.
Important: Only Direct Bookings Count
You must book your stay directly with Accor. Bookings made through online travel agencies (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com) or standard tour operators do not earn ALL points and will not trigger the bonus points.
As clearly stated in Accor’s terms:
To be eligible for this offer, stays must be booked directly via Accor distribution channels (official Accor websites, ALL Accor mobile apps, ALL reservation center, or directly at a hotel) or through traditional travel agencies whose booking system is automatically connected to the Accor reservation office. Stays booked via a reseller, tour operator, or third-party online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.
